Lambasingi is only one place in Southern India where you can see snow ,but apart from this you can observed some isolated tribal community lifestyles who are mainly workers of local pepper and coffee plantation.The vast expanse across which these plantations are spreading is a sight to behold.

You can also visit marvelous Kothapally waterfall(27 Km) which cascades over a series of rocks and plunge into a pull.
Another attraction is Thajangi Reservoir(6km).This reservoir surrounded by hills ,provides awesome photographs.
Last but not least,another virgin beach just 35km away from the Lambasingi,Revupolavaram is waiting for you..sunset in this white sand beach,taking you in fairytale world.
How to Go:
Lambasingi-Pederu situated along the Vizag- Araku road via Narsipattanam .You can catch buses from Visakhapatnam but no regularity maintained.It is better to go there by private car or do bike/scooty trip.
I,personally went there by bike in the year 2017.Road conditions is excellent.You can catch glimpse of games of clouds throught out the streachable road.Sometime they wrapped you totally,you couldn’t see anything before you!!.safe Driving is mandatory..
Where to Stay.
you can stay as Narsipattanam which is big city of A.P.Many standard hotels are there.But ,I prefer Pedru..there You can find some budget hotels .
Still now ,there is no basic accommodations in Lambasingi itself.But you can easily experience overnight camping in there.Your adventures start when you sit around a bonfire and sleeping under starry sky! However,carry your own tents and other necessary supplies.And in winter heavy woollen dress is must.
In my opinion ,Whole year you can enjoy the beauty of Lambasingi except scorching SUMMER.
MANY PERSON OFTEN AKSED ME,Real Snowfalls are happened there or Not?..I told them and all of you,It might be breaking your heart,but NO!Lambasingi has all- white snowy cover but you can’t expect heavy snow fall as Gulmarg-Sonmarg at original Kashmir!

Bike/scooty condition must be excellent.No fuel stations you found after Narsipattanam.
Take heavy woollen for winter.
Mobile connectivity is poor..so preapare for this.

Keep ourself safe as it was centre of some extremists group at past.
some streaches of road is bumpy,so drive carefully.

Suitable Itinerary:
Day 1- Start from Vizag at morning visit,Revupolavaram sea beach ,reach Narsipattanam by afternoon .Check in hotel and stay for night or you can proceed for Pederu
Day 2 – Next day after breakfast ,visit to Thandava reservoir.Over night stay pederu.You can camping in way of Pedru- Lambasingi
Day 3– Very early morning around 4 am checked out from Pederu and proceed for Lambasingi..you can witness misty beauty of Lambasingi. After breakfasts you can go for Araku valley or you can return back to Visakhapatnam,it is upto your choice!
With Quiant valley and chilling temperature,altitude of 1000 metres above sea-lavel ,this mysterious hill station,which is fondly known as ” Kashmir of south ” mesmerized you with her untouched wilderness!
